The warranty only covers defects that were present at the time of purchase. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is excluded.

So measure your bracelet size

To ensure your gemstone bead bracelet fits comfortably, please proceed as follows:

1. Take a measuring tape or a piece of string and place it around your wrist.
2. Read the circumference in centimeters.
3. We recommend adding 1 - 1.5 cm to the circumference to ensure a comfortable fit for the bracelet.
4. This number is your correct bracelet size.

Example: Wrist circumference 15.5 cm → Bracelet size 17 cm.
