Shipping & Delivery
All jewellery from the BE-Youniq collection is shipped from Austria.
Each piece is carefully handmade, inspected and securely packaged before making its way to you.
Currently, orders can be placed directly through our online store for delivery to Austria 🇦🇹 and Germany 🇩🇪.
Do you live in another EU country or outside the EU and have fallen in love with one of our pieces?
Feel free to contact us. Orders to other countries are available individually upon request. We will check the available shipping options and costs for your destination in advance.
Processing Time
Once we receive your order, processing usually takes 24–72 hours. This includes order processing, handmade production where applicable, quality control, packaging and preparation for shipping.
Delivery Times
🇦🇹 Austria: approx. 1–3 business days after dispatch
🇩🇪 Germany: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak periods, such as around public holidays, depending on the shipping provider.

Free shipping on orders over €65
Other EU countries & countries outside the EU: Shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the destination country.
📦 Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived, please first check the delivery address provided, the tracking information and whether the parcel may have been left with a neighbour or at a local collection point.
