Shipping & Delivery
All pieces from the BE-Youniq collection are shipped from Austria.
Each piece is carefully handmade, inspected and securely packaged before making its way to you.
At the moment, orders placed directly through our online shop can only be delivered within Austria. 🇦🇹
Due to new European regulations regarding packaging and extended producer responsibility, we are currently adapting our international shipping to meet the specific requirements of each country. As a small, independent brand, we want to make sure that every shipment is handled responsibly and in full compliance with the applicable regulations.

Processing Time
Once your order has been received, the usual processing time is 24–72 hours. This includes order processing, any necessary handmade finishing, quality control, packaging and preparation for shipping.
Delivery Times
Austria: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that occasional delays may occur during busy periods, such as public holidays, due to the shipping provider.

📦 Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived, please first check the delivery address provided, the tracking information and whether the package may have been left with a neighbour or at a collection point.
