Warranty

At BE-Youniq, the quality of every piece of jewelry is our top priority. Naturally, your order is covered by statutory warranty rights.

Statutory Warranty

For consumers, there is generally a statutory warranty period of two years from the delivery of new movable goods. The warranty covers defects that were already present or at least latent at the time of delivery – even if they only become visible later.

What applies in the event of a defect?

If a piece of jewelry is defective, you can initially request a remedy (repair) or a replacement, subject to legal requirements. Remedial action in the event of a warranty claim is generally provided free of charge. If a repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, or if other legal requirements are met, price reduction or cancellation of the contract may be considered.

Warranty is not the same as a guarantee

The warranty is provided by law. A guarantee, on the other hand, is an additional voluntary commitment. Statutory warranty rights are not limited by a guarantee.

How to report a defect

Please contact us and describe the defect. Photos of the piece of jewelry help us to process your request quickly. We will then get in touch with the next steps.

Repair under warranty from October 1, 2026

For contracts concluded after September 30, 2026, additional legal regulations apply: If a defect is remedied by repair within the scope of the statutory warranty, the warranty period is extended once by one year, totaling three years. Before a defect is remedied, we will provide information in accordance with legal requirements regarding the choice between repair and replacement, as well as the extension of the warranty period if repair is chosen.
