4. Shopify
Our online store is operated using the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Shopify provides, among other things, the technical infrastructure for our online store, checkout and various functions for managing orders and customer data.
When you use our online store, personal data may be processed by Shopify. Under certain circumstances, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area.

5. Payment Processing
We use the payment providers available in our checkout to process payments.
Depending on the payment method you select, the personal data required for processing the payment may be transferred to the relevant payment service provider. This may include your name, billing information, order value and other information required to process the payment.
Payment information such as full credit card details is generally processed directly by the relevant payment service provider and is not stored by BE-Youniq where we do not have access to such information.

The respective payment provider's privacy policy also applies to the processing carried out by that provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
In order to deliver your order, we provide the necessary personal data to the shipping or logistics provider used for the respective delivery.

Data is only transferred to the extent necessary to process and deliver your order.

8. Newsletter and Email Marketing – Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo for our newsletter and email marketing.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about BE-Youniq, new jewellery pieces and collections, promotions and other news.
In connection with our newsletters, information about how you interact with our emails may also be processed, for example whether a message was opened or a link contained in it was clicked, where permitted under applicable data protection laws.
Newsletter processing is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, in particular by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters.
The lawfulness of processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn remains unaffected.
In providing its services, Klaviyo may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR are used for such data transfers.
9. Product Reviews – Judge.me
We use Judge.me in our online store to display and collect product reviews.
If you submit a review or interact with the relevant review functions, the personal data required to provide these services may be processed.
