Shipping policy

Please note that some handmade products have longer delivery times of up to 5-15 days!

Processing Time: Order Confirmation, Custom Made, Quality Checking and Packing. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 - 48 hours of ordering.

Dispatch Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be dispatched from our warehouse to their destination. Shipping from USA usually takes about 15-30 business days. US orders are shipped via E-Packet, a product of the US Postal Service. Once processed and leaving the warehouse, items typically take between 3 and 14 days to arrive at their destination. For most items, it usually takes 3-5 days within the US.

Shipping:

EU delivery: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.90 per order / some products come from the USA, so we calculate the shipping costs from the USA at a flat rate of €15.00 per order (we deliver free of shipping costs in EU Countries from €300.-)

**Deliveries to the USA, Canada or Asia cost a flat rate of €15.00 as follows.

Duties and Taxes: There are no additional taxes or duties for goods shipped within the European Union. The item prices and shipping costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices. For all other countries, any local taxes and duties may be borne by the buyer.

**For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the deliveries cost €15.- and additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you have to bear.

SHIPPING: Designer products from USA: We offer international USPS shipping (10-30 days) and international USPS express shipping (3-5 days) - express shipping costs extra, of course. Depending on the size and weight, we occasionally extend your shipping service for smaller items. The buyer is responsible for additional customs and import duties. STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES POLICY We promise to ship your order and let you know of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible if your package is stolen or lost after the carrier has marked it as shipped. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is the customer's responsibility to make appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx or UPS and, if necessary, file a police report.
