What is your return policy? We work with a print-on-demand provider who first produces the items when they are ordered. In order to avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to contact the Think about the environment and do not order unnecessary products. If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days of placing it.

Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are unsatisfied by contacting us at be.youniq@be-youniq.com! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at be.youniq@be-youniq.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Exceptions/Disposables Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. B. Perishable goods (like groceries, flowers or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact our customers at [insert your support email here] with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will work this out. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? [If No] As we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer return bags. To avoid producing items unnecessarily, check our size charts to see which size fits. We have one for each item in our shop in the product. Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered has been mislabeled. In this case please let us know within one week of receipt Order at be.youniq@be-youniq.com.

Enter the order number and photos of the defect marked item. We will send you a new one or refund you the purchase price! We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
